Place an Order
To place an order or get more info regarding pricing please send us an email to info@cakesbycarlos.com Please include amount of people you plan to serve, date of the event and attach a picture or two of design that you like. Include your name and phone number where we can reach you in case of any additional questions. We will get back to you at our earliest convenience.
When it comes to personal occasion or special event cakes, we prefer to have minimum of 2-3 weeks notice for the order. There is some flexibility depending on the current week's workload. Please check for availability. Payment in full is required at the time the order is placed. If cancellation needs to be made or any kind of change to the order we request at least 14 days notice prior to the event date. 50% fee of total cake cost/order will apply to any cancellations unless order is rescheduled for different date. No money will be returned if order is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event.
For a wedding cake it is suggested you be on our books 4- 6 months before your event to place the order. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required at the time order is placed. Remaining balance needs to be paid in full minimum of 30 days before the event date.
